Lee Havill has over 12 years experience in the funeral care service, which began in 1995 where he served his apprenticeship with numerous local funeral directors. Believing that there was something missing from the overall approach of funeral care and the overall decrease in local independent funeral homes, In 2006 Lee opened a new and independent funeral service catering for the local community by local people with local ideals, beliefs and practices. The premises situated in Halfway, were originally built in the early 1900's and has seen many different traders, including a Fire Station and a Greengrocers. Converted to a funeral home in 2005, the home offers 3 chapel of rests which were blessed by Canon G. Spencer and other local clergy.
we appreciate the need for the bereaved families to be able to express and celebrate their religious beliefs and culture traditions. we can offer a funeral service for all denominations.
